These tall, stand frames were my luvs for the day. They'll be great for Thanksgiving buffet..or with a quote...or an initial. I'll give them a coat of white paint.
The ironstone sugar & creamer has cherubs on it. The picture frame is really ugly right now but I think it'll look great glittered up. Love the pot of paper roses!
I think I am going to make tassels out of these mini-teapots.
I know, these wall shelves are ugly as all get out but just picture them painted white w/ a china plate sitting on them.... & they were only $3. This runner is gorgeous & I can't believe I scored 2 more bags of vintage seam binding....I've been on a roll finding it lately!
Nice urn & the plain muslin banners will be an easy make-over for some event.

I don't need another champagne bucket...I already have 4 but @ $4 I couldn't leave this crystal one sitting on teh shelf. If nothing else, it will be great filled w/ vintage ornaments @ Christmas. Maybe I'll put all my toppers in it.

hi Cami:) i'm glad you are playing this week...i LOVE those stand frames that you found, they are going to be even better after you paint them...the little tea pots are so cute, what a clever idea to use them for tassels!!!
This is the week that you have when you DONT going to the flea??? Crazy! As usual, you found the most wonderful things! And, you have such vision for things that so many people would have passed up.
Cami, I'm crazy about those stands. I understand exactly why you had to have them!
XO,
Sheila :-)
Hi Cami, you still found some great things, even if your other plans were foiled. Love those stands and painted white they will be darling!
Debra
Now you have me curious as to the tassels you'd make out of the little teapots--would they be at the top or the bottom of the tassel--and how will you make it? I have a friend who collects teapots. Sounds like something she would like. You found some neat things!
What fun finds! Hooray for you!
Hello Cami, I love aaall your treasures, each one of them is so great and white fixes everything. I´m so happy visiting you and your lovely finds.

I always get great decorating ideas when I visit your blog - I mean, come on, a champagne bucket full of Xmas baubles?! Brilliant! I must find one or 5 of these and SOON!
You have to show me your back gate thingy that you speak of - I know it's going to look fabulous, but I still want to see it, so hurry up! Hehe
And p.s. NO THANK YOU on the rolling papers. Ug. Ug. and Double Ug.
Oh those frames on a stand are so pretty, and yes, they will great painted white. Wouldn't they be cute to put a fancy menu in for a dinner party? I can't wait to see the tassels you make with those pretty little tea pots. laurie
It all sounds so fun! Love the banners and tall frame stands....good stuff once again. You know, I also love living in the house I grew up in....such wonderful love and memories. My husband and I have been married 42 years and started going steady when I was 14 on the front porch of the house we now live in......so he loves it too. xojana
I love those picture frames...now for me, they are perfect just the way they are!
I wish I could find one good find...thrift shopping just doesn't work well for me!
I can't wait to see the stands painted and in use! I got mail from you today. Thank you so very much! I will post about it soon, hopefully later this week. I've been at working longer hours than expected and everything at home and blogland is being neglected for the moment.
Those three stands are just too cute for words! Can't wait to see your tassels and we can totally see the potential in the "ugly" sconces!! Thank you Cami once again for playing today!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE the stand frames. I have never seen anything like it. Now I'll have to look for one of those old sheet music holders. And I am still positively wild about an older post you had where you took a silver tray and sprayed that black chalk stuff inside of it and used it as a chalkboard.
My fav are the pedastal frames, as well! I have some of these and have used them so much!
All of these yummies make for a great day junkin! Not sure if I commented on your rose (I do remember reading the post though)but I love it!!
Feel free to copy any of my projects, I'd be flattered!
Have a great day!
Leann

Just popping over to wish you a Blessed and Happy Thanksgiving! By the way...I love that Thanksgiving greeting banner at the top of your blog.
Big Hugs,

What fun finds. I agree with you...you have to have the ability to look past the ugliness and picture something with paint. Paint cures just about any ugly!!! I have painted some things and my friends swear it is not the same piece!!!! I liked hearing about what your plans were for each thing.
Amy
