Thank you for all your thoughts & prayers. Charlie was cremated & laid to rest this past Monday. His service was in Boston as that's where all his family is...I was unable to make it as I'm keeping the grands but of course, Shilah attended. She gave the eulogy & it was beautiful...I am so very proud of her strength, grace & dignity, even under such hard & painful circumstances. We will be having a private, family memorial BBQ later this month & then we will release Monarch butterflies in his honor. We'll exchange our favorite memories of him & I plan on doing a tribute post at that time. It still seems completely unreal that he is gone.
But as saddened as I am by his death, I must continue to celebrate life. Here's a video I took today of Baby Noah. I hope it will bring a smile to your face, as it does mine. Noah is getting so big & it won't be long before we'll have to stop calling him Baby Noah. ;o) Sorry to end the video so abrubtly but when I heard Noah say "down", I knew I better call it quits before he fell out of the chair.
I'm snowed under w/ responsibilities & trying to ready my studio for the Where Women Create party & also trying to get ready for Paper Cowgirl but I wanted to check in & let you know that we're doing OK...not good but I guess OK is as good as it's gonna get for a while.

I'm so very sorry about Charlie. :(
What a cutie Noah is!! He is so big now! I LOVE his cute little baby voice and love his curly hair even more.
I'm so very sorry for you, sugar. We lost our son-in-law unexpectedly last year also and it was so hard to NOT see him again. Best wishes are with you.
I'm like you, trying my best to get my act together for the Where Bloggers Create in another 10 days and it will take every single day getting it together.
xoxo,
Connie
Hi Cami
So good to hear from you. I know that you are just taking it one day it a time. I haven't heard about the where bloggers create party. What is it?
I couldn't get the video to work?
Talk soon
Leann
Cami, I am terribly sorry for your loss. I must have missed this because I was involved with the funeral activities going on with my BFF. She died and was buried on the 29th. There has been a lot of sadness this spring, and I send my deepest sympathy to you, your daughter, and Charlie's other loved ones.
XO,
Sheila
So sorry to hear about Charlie. What a tragedy. Give your daughter a big hug from all of us.
What a sweetie your little Noah is. I had a cutie that looked a lot like him, he grew up into a teenager way too fast!

That Noah is a cutie and must be a real blessing to you during this difficult time. Your memorial barbecue and releasing the monarch butterflies sounds like a wonderful way to celebrate Charlie's life. Wishing you all the best, Tammy
Noah and other little ones are what it is all about ~ and that will help your brave daughter thru all of this.
Sweet video. Hugs my friend.
