Today, I'm sharing some altered spoons I made recently. A girl in my Art Divas group (she doesn't have a blog but should!) recreated them after she saw them in Somerset & I thought they were so cute that I wanted to make some myself.
I think this one is my favorite!
I use them in the same manner as I would a tassel. Too cute!
They were fun, quick & easy to make...my kind of craft!

Hi, I just found you through Show and Tell Friday. You're my neighbor - well anyone in Texas within a 60 mile radius is a neighbor right? Anyway, loved your post. You must share how you made these - they're so cute! I'm new to blogland, so you'll have to come see me and give me helpful hints. Thanks for sharing.
These are so cute! I love the glittered part of the spoon! Sweet!

Hi Cami...
So happy that you joined in with Show & Tell today...I would have missed this great craft idea! I have never seen this done and just love it! Seems like it would be easy enough and I love that the pretty decorated spoons are used just like tassles...great idea!!!
Warmest wishes,

So cute! I love vintage Halloween! Wanted to mention, I used to get so-so shots of the moon until I got a Nikon Coolpix L100 camera this summer. I love that I can get such awesome night pics with it but I also use Picasa photo editing to bring up the light & exposure on some. (It's free at PicasaWeb).
Cuuuuute cute cute! I'm still looking for a skeleton to Bootify. World Market had the exact one I wanted, but not for thirty bucks, no thank you! I'm going to have to dig out a spoon next week. Or maybe tonight. Yah!
They are great so retro. Where did you get your images?
I love Somerset!!!

An Art Divas Group? What a fun group to be in. Sounds a lot better than my boring old book club.
This is so cute. It would look perfect in the kitchen. I am a true dunce at crafts... so please tell me what kind of glitter you used and how you kept it on.This is definately something I could do with my girls this weekend. As a homeschool family, and an uncrafty mother, we are always looking for fairly easy to do crafts! Thank you so much for sharing!-April
That tassel is so adorable. I like that one!

Enjoy the day! Blessings.
They're both very interesting....thanks for sharing this craft as I haven't seen it before.
These are so cute! Thank you for sharing them.
Just adorable and so sweet. Clever idea. Wish I had the space (and TALENT) for crafts, sniff.
Sooo cute! ~ Angela
I'm so glad you took my advice and didn't stress about visiting everyone. I get a little upset when people EXPECT that! This should be fun after all!
Your spoons are so adorable! Thanks so much for joining in on Show and Tell.
Sweet creations to celebrate the season, thanks for sharing with us in blog land.
