Once it got high in the sky, it glowed so bright that it created a glare....this was as good as I could get.
Thanks for all the prayers & condolences....we're holding up. We have many wonderful memories to temper the sense of loss and that is always a blessing. Been staying really busy...making use of Spring Break last week to get some one on one time w/ each of the grands. Whew! It takes a lot of energy to make every day special! ;) No rest for the weary though as now I'm into spring cleaning & Easter decor....be back later!
Beautiful and thank you for sharing! The clouds rolled in at our house just in time to block the view. I am sure it would have been an amazing sight!
ReplyDeleteI tried to get some good shots of the super moon but my camera just couldn't capture the beauty. Your photos turned out much better than mine. Thought I would try my husband's new camera, but teenage soon ran the battery out and didn't recharge it. :/ Glad to hear that you are doing well. Keeping busy is a good thing during trying times. Have a good week. Best wishes, Tammy
ReplyDeleteWe had such overcast skies that it didn't really look that fantastic here...but I did check it out. Your pictures are fantastic!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! I love the first one through the trees! I had the same trouble. Once the moon was up over the treeline it was too bright to photograph... But I did get a couple interesting ones... Check out the second one in my post... I used my telephoto and the ISO to 100 it took almost 30 seconds to snap that photo! What I got was a reflection on the camera mirror, I think, and an amazing shot of the moon!
ReplyDeleteHere are my "super Moon photos"

Cami, these photos are stunning. I was none the wiser, so glad to see you captured on "film". I am sorry for your losses as you posted previously. What a difficult time you all must be going through. Bruce sounds like such a genuinely great man. My wishes for peace to all. ~ Angela
ReplyDeleteLove the photos! I posted some on facebook but not the the blog. We had a lot of clouds so our moon looks mysterious!
