Taking chili uptown!

Next time you make a pot of chili, don't serve it w/ cornbread...take it to a whole new level & serve it on top of creamy polenta. Yummmmmmm!

To jazz it up even further, we used diced rib-eyes instead of chili meat & we topped it w/ pepper jack instead of cheddar. Now this is some gourmet chili!

  3. Yessssss, I always use steak and never hamburger plus I use New Mexico and Pasilla chili in mine. Throw in a 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar and a dash of sugar to take away the bitterness of chili and that's some good eatin', chick!!

  4. I like the idea of the polenta. I used to love it Cincinnati style over spaghetti with raw onions and cheddar cheese. Dang, just made myself starving. Yummy looking dish.
