A sweet memory...

Welcome to another Rose Wednesday! Of all the roses in my home, these probably have the sweetest memory. Last year for Mother's day, all 4 of my grandchildren ( I have 5 now!) walked into my house, each one proudly carrying a rose for their Honey. Of course I had to save them to cherish the memory. I hope they make it a tradition! ;o)

I'm heading over to Jan's to see all the other roses; won't you come w/ me?

  3. Memories are priceless! My 12-year old granddaughter is coming over today to help me get ready for Thanksgiving. Probably more memories will be made today than tomorrow when we just eat! Sally

  6. I hope you have a great Thanksgiving too! E. R. actually sent me an e-mail in response to that comment and said this about your table "WOW, that is so beautiful" & indicated he wanted to participate in Tablescape Tues. How cool would that be? I'm headed out of town, so I'll catch up w/ you when I return. Be safe & good eats!

  8. How lovely! I too tend to cherish the roses given by special people. I recently found a beautiful shaped glass jar with cork lid and think I am going to put all my petals in there and create a beutiful colorful centerpiece of some sort. The nomadic life of a military spouse is hard on delicate treasures like these and it seems the best way to keep without them getting damaged. Happy Rose Wednesday!
